GVW is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in various roles, all of which can be done remotely from the comfort of your home provided you have the correct equipment and experience. These roles require a good internet connection, a reliable power supply, and a computer with an extra screen. Working hours are flexible but must be scheduled and disciplined.  (10 AM - 6 PM GMT, five days per week.)

Position Comprises the following:

Client Acquisition Specialist (GVW role): The candidate will be responsible for sales inquiries, online inquiries, customer referrals, social media inquiries, and maintaining an existing client base. No cold calling is required.  

Driving Tests: This role is primarily administrative and requires meticulous attention to detail and regular interaction and management of your clients.

Administrative Support: A combination of successfully converting sales inquiries into successful sales, administrative tasks, and meticulous customer service based on the client's specific needs.
 

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English skills:

All roles involve meticulous client communication and recording of correspondence with clients onto the company's CRM systems.

Strong computer skills: 

Proficiency in Google Drive and all Google-based online programs is essential. WhatsApp and email communication will be used daily.  You should be comfortable learning new systems and databases.

Quiet, dedicated workspace: 

You will need a secluded, noise-free area to work from with a reliable internet connection and backup power supply.

Office Equipment:

The Consultant shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that they have the equipment to provide an effective service, this includes but is not limited to a secure internet connection, an upload speed of 20 Mbps, a download speed of 5 Mbps, a max of 37 ms latency,( 20 ms would be good). You would require a computer with at least 16 GB of RAM, a noise-canceling headset, more than one computer screen, and sufficient equipment to facilitate working effectively during load-shedding or power outages.
 

Previous remote work experience: Please indicate your experience in a similar role, this would be an advantage.
 

Ideal Candidate:

The candidate will enjoy interacting with clients and driving instructors. Possess strong sales skills with a minimum of 3 years experience. Must be detail-orientated, accurate, adaptable to change, and eager to learn new systems.  Must be able to work under pressure and be at the computer for 8 hours per day as per the specified times, ie. (10 AM - 6 PM GMT, five days per week)
 

Benefits:

Basic training is provided as well as a tideover salary structure while training. 
(*/- R15 000 depending on experience & performance). 
A base rate of £2/hour will be paid after training considering the minimum budget is reached weekly.
Commission-based salary, calculated on sales achieved and completed.
A performance-based bonus structure when budgets are achieved or exceeded.

Work full-time from the comfort of your home.
